How to create a dedicated Admin user for Fydelia in UniFi
Preparation
You will need:
- A controller with the latest software version
Step 1 - Creating an Admin account
The Fydelia.com server requires an Admin account for your site, so that it is able to authenticate guest devices onto your network.
1. In settings choose ADMIN:
2. Choose Add New Admin
3. Choose Manually Set and share the password, and choose a user name:
4. Choose a password and untick the Require option:
5. In ROLE choose Administrator
6. Uncheck all permissions
Fydelia only needs to be a basic Admin in order to authenticate devices. There's no need to provide additional privileges
